I think I made my friend start picking at their skin //vent

Yesterday I told them I had an Excoriation disorder
(It’s a skin picking disorder) and uh
They started picking at their skin
Using a pin and biting themselves
And I think
I made them do it
Liek the time I showed my cuts to them (bc they asked to see them) and they cut the next day
I feel really guilty
And
Idk what to do
