Just realized that the fact I DR and DP a lot are most likely manic episodes

I want to beeee diagnoooossseedd because I think I haaaavee bi polar. 🤪 (don't yell at me saying "thats not all what bipolar is grr because I have a lot more symptoms lol. Also its extremely hereditary and my mother is medicated for bipolar.)
