Just stupid blabbering about how I feel

I feel like I can't talk to anyone about anything because everybody always judges me for how I feel and now wherever I go i don't feel safe not even here

And I have no one to talk to and it feels really cuz only I've always helped people with their problems but when I try and ask for help they always ignore me
I don't know to do :(
