Why do Stars treat their habitable planets badly that has their own Intelligent life in them?

Gladly these Habitable Gas Planets has no parasites in them due of lack of habitability, surface, and water!

Atleast I don't have to get rid of Kepler 90 E's parasites because of 2 gas giants waiting for planets to suffer
