Why

I just vented to my friend and tomorrow I have to do it again with my guidence councilor, ugh it was hard enough to vent to my friend over text why do I have to do it irl to another human? Plus I think I've heard her voice before and it's one of those ones where they're really loud and not comforting at all, -_- I don't wanna do this
