Say its triggering you
and dont want to be friends w them anymore (this is optional)
But you should try running away from them and finding other people to do shit with

My two friends almost had sex while I was in the room which triggered very traumatic memories

One of them when I let it out took it great and the other started guilt tripping me, making it about herself. Asking me to tell her to cvt herself, kill herself, etc.

I've blocked her but I am so depressed. I honestly don't know what to do. I have given up. I want to find away to kms
