WHO THE FCK IS THE BACKROOMS AND WHY HE IS CONSIDERED A PLANET

Every where I dreamt of I fell like I have a not really so good dreams or liminal spaces of infinite space of empty rooms filled with mazes and stuff. and I don't understand if is it is Earth's twin brother planet, I saw there's a level backrooms that you'll noclip to the space station I saw a planet in the window it's covered with grassy lands with no water?

DUDE WTF is life possible without water or is this is the attempt of Creation from the God?
