I use pintrest for clothing ideas or I use some of my irl outfits (like the one I'm using rn is an irl outfit)
And for hairstyle and stuff
It's normally things that I doodle or things that pop in my head

For the colors
I use random color pallets from Google or pintrest
Except for the skin color
I always use my irl skin tone onto my ocs
