Bruh😭⁉️ Yesterday on the plane back to texas from chicago we had to wait 30 minutes on the plane cuz storm and I got so annoyed that I scratched my leg till it bled cuz I wanted to hurt something but ofc I can’t just assault ppl so had to do me😢😢💥 hurtz

Then today I was w/ my parents grocery shopping at I got annoyed/overwhelmed at all the noise and commotion and I scratched my face rlly hard🤨🤨⁉️⁉️

Im sorry you going thru this :(
I do similar things, intrusive and harmful thoughts r no fun.
The hairband strategy works pretty well for me(slapping your wrist with a hairband instead of scratching/cutting etc etc ) but if that dosent work try to look for other options. Im always here to talk bestie just say the word :^)
Another thing that’s works for me is counting random objects. Even just every object you see. Or extremely focus on one and try to distract yourself from the need to harm something. Also baller art fam 👣
