Why do I destroy my mouth?

I have a point in my gums behind my two front teeth and that point keeps getting lifted up and bloody

My lip is cracked somehow

I have two sores on my tongue

Canker sore

And then when I'm stressed or bored I pick at the first few layers of skin in my mouth so my mouth is fucking destroyed
