For Hazzer's One Hue Challenge

I decided to go with a neon/grafitti style, given how colors are limited in those areas
The color I chose is light-ish blue (duh)
The lines are a little squiggly but that's been a problem for years now and I don't wanna sit on this post for another 3 hours ;-;
