I feel like no one ( irl ) wants to listen to me

Like I was playing a game with some friends and I told them that I had to go sleep and then they got mad at me,,
I have sleeping problems- I literally have to take pills but I don't wanna,, I'd get crazy
And now I'm sick because someone didn't listened to me
