Another vent because mental stability just doesn't exist anymore

My brother turned on a murd3r show and it was about a creepy old man m0lest¡ng and k¡lling a little girl. The dude looked like my p3do teacher and now I'm getting flashbacks to the shxt he's done to me and my friends. I can feel his hand on my back and can see him staring at me. Yeah, so I can't breathe and I now feel overwhelmingly insecure. I would like to crawl in a hole and drink bleach, thank you.
