Just hear me out what if the reason why we can’t teleport (other than it being too complicated) is because our universe can’t handle being bent all the time

This is my reasoning if you could teleport anywhere in the world the universe would have to bend just to open a hole that goes from point A to point B and if more than one person did that or just one person abusing it the very fabric of time would be torn apart thus ending our universe and possibly others along with it or if that didn’t happen it would have to collapse on top of itself sometime
