A delusional attachment is not an alter?????? What??? I just am those characters???????? Never once said I had alters??? I am a single person, the majority of my trauma happend after the age of 9 so there is no way I have alters.

But it’s not an excuse for having alters. It’s so disrespectful towards the people who actually have them. Also it’s a trend to fake DID, do a research and be disappointed in your generation. Honestly wanna strangle myself so bad for being born in gen z
DID is hard to be diagnosed at early ages or teens since it’s at it’s early peak of development. Not every person who had trauma has DID. It’s a very rare disorder that it’s only 1% of the entire population
