My mom lashed out [vent] (TW: family problems + throwing and banging on things)

My mom hasn’t had the best week, I’m not gonna go into depth of it. But today, she finally broke. My step dad wouldn’t get out of bed to go to the hospital (he hasn’t been feeling well) and she threw something at him. (He’s fine) And she also screamed while banging on the back door - then almost fainted. I was frozen. It scared me, that was the first time she’s ever done that.

Everyone is okay though. Nobody was hurt. I’m at my grandmother’s house and everyone else is sleeping. I just needed to get this out - sorry if this brought up any PTSD for anyone.
