Help lol

My mom got me a drawing pad for my bday and I had trouble with it at first. I soon got better with it but my line art was less clean and I couldn't stop shaking my hands and it cramped fasts cause it couldn't get used to it well. And then my brother messed up the pen a bit so I took a break from it and started with my hand again but then I got so attached to using my hands like in the first place before I got the drawing pad. And I wanna know how to not wanna use my hands lawd
