I hate this feeling

Ik there isn't anyone here who really cares enough to listen but uh I'm having this random feeling of sadness so😄😄
But like j was playing roblox with my friend and then someone joined and started to talk to them more and now I am feeling this overwhelming feeling of jealousy☹️ I want them to be happy I want them to yknow what friends but I legit was like not there almost so I left the game because no one would miss me because whenever I let myself get happy and trust someone they find someone better
