I don’t wanna continue but I don’t want to end it all either

There are people that special to me that I don’t wanna hurt but me doing that makes me continue hurting and I’m not getting help! It get worse and worse everyday! I even question if people actually love me or they tell me they love so they don’t hurt my feelings.
