In another timeline, he killed papyrus, and was intending to kill sans next, but he saw what sans could really do, causing him to reset and made him literally AFRAID of attempting to kill papyrus, due to the fact he didn't want to see that side of sans ever again

Chara is a very disturbing character indeed
but the reason she ended up in the underground in the first place was horrid
her parents were part of a cult, and they thought red eyes were a symbol of evil and bad luck
so on her 9th birthday, they were planning on ripping her eyes out of her sockets, and pouring acid down her throat
so she ran away to mt. Ebbot were nobody would think to find her early that morning

this one crosses over to deltarune since he was able to cross over both worlds

River person hates him, and wears a cloak because half his face was destroyed by him
The strange noise he makes that sounds kinda like some sortbof error is him screaming in agony in the void
