Bro. Questioning if I am psychotic but it might just be my bipolar.

My dad said what I was doing was psychotic (I didn't tell y'all the full story, so I kind of agree with him don't say any rude shit about him 💀) and then I realized, what I was doing, what I was looking it, how I acted, it kind of just clicked and I have been questioning since my attempt. My dad and grandma were sitting in my room, I was sitting there in shock, I just realized what I was doing.
