Just a small vent dump I guess

I'm an over thinker I'm not gonna lie about that but I also have separation anxiety I get scared that when someone doesn't answer me in like 5 minutes they hate me and I think my separation anxiety is the reason all my relationships end cuz I become really clingy but lately I've been scared to get close to people like that cuz I don't want them to leave :(
