I know it's unhealthy I'm trying to control my overthinking

not particularly bad but definetly unhealthy to obsess this much for your own mental health^^

She doesnt hate you at all!! She 100% just got pulled away quickly in some family or other matters. She'll hopefully respond later. so for now if you can try to calm down, take your mind off things while you wait by doing some other activity like watching a movie/show/whatever u want. I promise she doent hate you whatsoever!!
