Why is everyone mean to me? (Read desc)

Everyone is mean to me even my parents even at school they call me either dumb or stupid the reason I’m posting this is because I have no one to turn to only my friends and I barely see them because I only see them when I’m at school.. if you have any advice tell me in the comments don’t tell me to not listen to them or ignore them. 😞
