"Its just not the same"

I always hear those lines when a veteran animator or drawer leaves but like ? What does it mean. Why is this app "not the same" is it because its getting overruled by kids or drama? I haven't been here long enough to get a full story of those quotes when did this animating app start changing ? Lol just a thought
