School is really effecting my mental health

I got shoved in an empty classroom and yelled about it from that teacher, and got called a wh*re and a sl*t for wearing my PE shorts. I feel helpless here because of everything, and today I had to do a lot of tests, I didn’t get that much sleep for 2 days because of studying and homework . I felt like passing out today, and also I’m having hunger problems, also another reason why I felt like I needed to sleep away all of this.

It’s okay. I’ve had my fare share of school stories. I just had to remember that it can’t stay this way forever. it allways gets better, you just have to patient. you are not alone
