so this is newtale gaster (nickname: B, or blind gaster)
He is, in fact, blind.
he uses magic to feel his surroundings. If something doesn't have any traces of magic whatsoever, he can't feel it.
also, if he opens his eyes, you are f###ed.
Also he used to have a tail, but now there is only a nub left. His tail was cut off.
he wears the amulet on his neck, because that's the only thing keeping him alive, since his soul is badly fractured, and can't be fixed.
