Undyne: Dodge her attacks until she puts you into the determined soul. Go into Mercy and then Flee. Do this process a few times until you get into hotlands. Go to the water cooler, grab a glass of water and pour it on undyne's head.
Muffet: Two ways. The first method is eating a spider donut right when you get into battle. She will spare you. The second method is to dodge her attacks for a while. Once she gets a message from her spider friends or whatever they are to her, she will spare you.
Asgore: spare him even though he dies anyways lol
