Who thinks I should eat healthier?

Cus Unknown :D keeps telling me to eat healthier in a mean way and Ive been taking offense... But should I eat healthier? At the moment my diet is things like:

But I'd be healthier if I ate things like:

But I don't like:

But I love:
🍔🌭🍗🥩🥓🥞🧇🍝🍣🍰🥧🍨🍧🍦🧁🍭🍬🍫🍪🍯🍩🍿
So I'm stuck in between
Plus I kinda like my body shape. Kind strong but not too strong, kinda chubby, very lazy and achy.
