Hehe merman Rouxls, he’s actually an eel though. He’s usually in deep cold Arctic waters because tropical waters will kill him. Also, he kind of works like a blob fish, looking normal in water but he looks like a sad long lump of goop when exposed to the open air. I was kind of thinking Gaster would be a marine biologist or something.
