Correct me if I am wrong, but there should be an account settings button at the top of any account. Use that on your old account then scroll down to delete account. After deletion sign straight back into your new account and you’re done.

It’s easy, go to your old account then press delete account and sign into your new account. Either that or I am dumb as Tarnation.
