I have the same thing!! I feel like I can't control my thoughts when I listen to music!

Honestly I don't think it's a bad thing except when I need to be doing something like school work or the dishes I end up pacing and daydreaming sometimes I kinda wish I didn't have it but it helps me make story's and plots that my friends say they could never think of by them selves

If your confused I have maladaptive daydreaming and I don't know how to control it and it gets triggered mainly when I'm bored or I'm listening to music
