In this movie, Bluey finds a strange gem made of ice, and it is said that it belongs to a mighty dragon who lives in a dangerous icey place, and it's called, Terror Tundra. And if Bluey doesn't give back the gem to it's rightful owner, he will pay the ultimate price! Can he bring back the gem to save himself and his friends from an never-ending blizzard?
