Also, I ran the Country prefixes and suffixes and, I came to the conclusion that Asutoraria either means the land of Dressed Hills or, you interpreted “Astra” into katakana and then, used the Romanji as the base word, and, making “ia” the prefix, meaning Land of the Astral.
