My great grandma died yesterday and I'm kind of confused

Literally nobody cares a bit about her death I seem to be the only one who remotely cares about her death, Nobody even told me she was dead until my dad picked me up (I spent the night at my grandma's) I never really know her so I'm not like crying but still. She also had some type of mental illness where she forgets everything and everyone so she doesn't even know who I am every time I saw her she asked who I was and how old I am.It sucks that she's dead but the lack of anyone caring is really weird

She was kinda mean but like if somebody dies and nobody in my family cares that's very strange
Unless it's like that thing where they think they don't care until they're at the funeral and actually care and start feeling bad or something
