Went to the hospital for the first time today

Before I start I need to give a lil backstory, I got a kitten for Christmas. Her name is Olga nikoleavna Romanov, but she mine not just my family's. So this morning I was getting a can of 9lives before the bus picked me up for school. But when I was opening it I slit into my pinky. The cut was really deep. I tried to wash it off but it was bleeding a crop ton. My dad was sleeping on the couch and I go "hey dad....!" I told him what happened and we put paper towels on it but it wouldn't stop bleeding. So he called me off school and we went to the hospital just because it was from a can of can food and I don't have a tetnis shot. So we spent like 2 hours and then they tried to numb my finger but when they first tried to give me stitches it hurt real bad bc my finger wasn't numbed yet. So they numbed it again and gave me 2 stitches. So that was my first experience at the hospital and getting stitches.
