Why swearing, vulgar language, etc will get you banned?

Because vulgar language is very toxic, unless your using it to express your emotions.
It doesn't matter If you delete your account, people will still make posts of your (deleted account & banned account)
But still, even if someone's account gets banned or deleted, they can just make another account to spread harassment to other kids.
It's like a epidemic of people who are toxic.
