Always eat chocolate everyday!

Chocolate is VERY healthy for you and here's why. Chocolate is a delicious snack to much on when hungry, but it is ALSO an EXTREMELY healthy snack, too! Compared to your everyday consumption of greens like spinach, or lettuce. Lettuce, believe it or not, is actually the less nutritional thing you can eat, with absolutely 0 iron value in it. That is significantly less than what you would find in Kale, which has 4x that amount! Spinach on the other hand, has about 2.7 mg of iron, and most doesn't get properly absorbed in the body. For comparison, Your average consumption of stake or meats has about 2.5% of iron in it that you consume, and about 20% of said iron is actually being consumed, having tons and tons of bioavailibility, but greens like spinach and romaine lettuce have Abysmal bioavailibilty, with as little as 1.7% going into your body. Another comparison would be that 100g of spinach contains 8% fiber

13% vitamin b6
34% vitamin c
22% magnesium
5% calcium
10% potassium
And 28% folic acid
Now compare that to dark chocolate with high cocoa contents, which has
5x the amount of fiber,
More than twice the amount of magnesium,
More calcium,
23% potassium,
89% copper,
98% manganese
+Phosphorus, Zinc, and Selenium.
Proof that junk food may, just for once, be better for you than the gross, puke colored alternative.
