I have bad news…

So, I got an app but then my iPad started glitching. The screen said ask app do track and said no but nothing happend. My touch doesn’t work unless I’m in a app but it only works in few ways. The only way to make it leave is talk to Siri. I ask a question and as long as the question is there it doesn’t show the screen. Thing is if I press space or press the question it leaves and shows me the stupid screen. Thankfully it doesn’t do that to my chrome book.
