I myself am a insomniac, but I just wanted to get a message to the others:
Sleeping difficulties are caused by trauma and something we might’ve experienced in life or stress, it is also caused by other things like health problems, or you just have sleeping difficulties.
I just wanted to let all of you know, I hope it gets better, I hope you can get enough sleep to have energy for the next day☺️☺️☺️
