The Soviets continued to retreat and they tried to make a Defence of Minsk but was failed. The Germans on the other hand were wondering that should they get to Moscow and Risk being encircled by the Soviets or should they fortify the Flanks before advancing. The Army Group Center aided the North and South to Fortify the Flanks for the Main attacks on Moscow.
The Army Group North was in Slow progress because of relentless Soviet Counterattacks. And The Army Group South have some Success they manage to Encircle a large part of the Soviet Army in Ukraine and captured 600,000 POWs from the Soviets. Hitler was deeply impressed by the Situation and Planned to Continue the Offensive.
