New attack concept for my Oc

God's Finger- As 2 people know, Madrid Lin's power is to create and control rotation at will. Meaning he can make large rotations, or small rotations, or medium sized rotations, or anything at will. Including fast rotations, slow rotations, or medium speed rotations at will. The more he trains his ability and the stronger he gets, the better he is able to control this power. God's finger is something I thought of that could be a supermassive tornado. The origin of this idea was that once when I was little in Texas, I heard that tornados have a nickname called God's Finger(s) so I decided I'd make it an attack for my oc
