Adolf Hitler's Iron Crosses | World War 1

On the South of the Battle of Ypres lays the Messines Ridge a high ground that was controlled by the Germans in late 1914 it was controlled by the 16th Bavarian Reserve Regiment and In those ranks is the Young Adolf Hitler. He took part in Operations beside his Menon road and after they began to get static they moved to the Krona Wood and the Germans called it Bayenwald. And later in the town itself where they served with Hitler's regiment to cross over into France and spent over a year near the village of formel and later moved to the Somme where Hitler himself was wounded on the leg. While Hitler was at the Somme he was a Company Runner is where they Delivered messages to the Company Headquarters to the Battalion Headquarters. They deliver back and forth to the Trenches and sometimes even Go out of the Trench and take a shorter but risky move. Hitler exaggerated his role in World War I although he often came very close to dying in the war in few times. Hitler survived many encounters with the Entente Powers it was a pure fortune. It has been said that one of his Nicknames of him in his regiment was Cockroach (Legit this is the Nickname XD) because he was unkillable despite the fact he was wounded many times. In November 1914 he fought against the British in the Conatwood with his Bravery and Actions he earned the Iron Cross 2nd Class and his reputation for luck. When he was in his Trench he was hit by an Artillery killing and wounding everyone inside Adolf Hitler received the Iron Cross First Class on August 4th, 1918 which he said to be quite an Achievement for a Corporal. He got the Decoration because he gave an Important Message to his Superior to the Front while the area was in a heavy and deadly fire.
After the War, he wore the Iron Cross First Class In Every Circumstance he attended and meet. When he became a Politician he would wear it customary. After the Fall of France in World War II, Hitler came to France as a Battlefield-tourist and visited places where he had fought in World War 1.
