The Treaty of Versailles is definitely in there as one of the Worst Decisions in History They were Harsh on Germany which contributes to the rise of Adolf Hitler and would lead to the Second World War and the Cold War. If they didn't give harsh terms to Germany. Hitler would have nevered rise to power.
