In the Building of the RMS Titanic in Harland and Wolff Shipyard the Company White Star Line. Have been Questioning that should they add more lifeboats to limit more survivors or should they be lessened. Designer Thomas Andrews is in favor that it should be lessened to make the Ships Upper deck look Spacious. This Resulted in 3,500 People being Dead on that Major Decision. It would have saved 600 More Passengers or even 800 More if they added more lifeboats to it. Which would have totaled 1,300 or 1,500 Passengers Surviving the Disaster.
