I figured out why my phone and laptop wasn't charging! It wasn't the charger, phone, or laptop! It was the outlets that I plug my charger in! I figured it out because I saw that everything else was plugged in, but not turned on! So, it was just the outlets that were all turned off for some reason! So, there's no need to worry! YAAAAAYYYYY!!!🤩
