Cd stands for Chernobyl disaster,this is a Ukrainian version of sonic that got news that the 4 reactors were going to fail,he ran into the trouble but was to late, he was exposed to uranium when he was nocked out, after 2 years his DNA was altered and he became a monster,he breathes out radiation,there is uranium on his back,and toxic waste flows from his eyes
