And when I do or possibly tell my friends this they're always nice to me and I think they're better off without me and I do have suicidal thoughts too

It's just frustrating I get jealous when others hangout with them I wanna stop this feeling but I can't the only way to cope with this for me is biting my fingers tips or peeling my bruises
