It can be more than one pallet.

[ Base color ex. Yellow+Black+White ] Maximum types: 6

[ Any other pallet ex. Goth+Pop ] Maximum types: 2

[ Base color+any other pallet ex. Pastel+Black ] Maximum types: 1 for any kind; 2 for base colors
