Yeah, Gensokyo (the fictional world) yokai are kinda immortal. So 60 years old is like a 8 year old to them. Cirno is a ice fairy, so fairy, not human. That means she is a yokai. And she is represented by 9 (baka) and yeah. She also acts childish. Idk, but yeah. I know about the mod. And I'm trash at it :))))
